    3 times in 1 week the driver claims to have attempted a delivery to a home address. Not even a tag on the door.

    And when you are able to make it to the pick up location during their 2 open hours, its the most unprofessional business you can imagine. Packages spread all over the place with a truck parked in the back and just a metal desk in a corner.

    I have been specifically asking that packages not be sent via FedEx, unfortunately some businesses use only FedEx and I have no control.
