The people that are running this franchise should be removed and bring someone in that can properly run a courier company. I've never met such incompetence in my life than Purolator in Fort McMurray. I noticed today they no longer have a local phone number to call the depot. Apparently it's now unlisted because they get so many complaints. The only option to try and resolve a problem is do drive 15 KM across town each way only to be greeted by more competence at the counter. It amazes me people still use this business and they are even allowed to operate a business in this city. You're better off driving to Edmonton and avoid shipping with Purolator.
